Strawberry & Vanilla Jam

Deep, glossy and properly fruity. Made with ripe strawberries and real vanilla.  The kind of jam that reminds you what jam is supposed to taste like before it got complicated.

Made in small batches on the Sunshine Coast. Very good on sourdough with a generous layer of whipped butter underneath.
