Pickled Cucumbers

Crisp, garlicky and properly tangy. Small cucumbers packed whole with dill, mustard seeds and garlic, then left to pickle slowly in a good vinegar brine until they're the kind of thing you reach for every time you open the fridge.

Made in small batches on the Sunshine Coast. Excellent alongside a cheese board, in a sandwich, or eaten straight from the jar while pretending you're just checking on them.
