Passionfruit Curd

Bright, buttery and tart enough to keep things interesting. Made with real passionfruit and enough butter to give it that smooth, glossy consistency that makes it genuinely difficult to stop eating.

Made in small batches on the Sunshine Coast. Exceptional on sourdough, very good on a biscuit, and entirely acceptable eaten directly from the jar with a teaspoon at 11am.
