Mango & Lime Jam

Sunshine in a jar. Made with ripe Queensland mangoes and a good squeeze of lime that lifts the whole thing and stops it being too sweet. Golden, glossy and deeply tropical in the best possible way.

Made in small batches on the Sunshine Coast when mangoes are at their best. Very good on sourdough, excellent stirred through yoghurt, and a natural on a summer cheese board.
