MACHEN Candied Lemon 150g

Bright, sweet and slightly chewy. Lemon slices slowly candied until they're tender all the way through with a pleasant bitterness still present in the rind.

Good on a cheese board, alongside a slice of cake, stirred into yoghurt, or eaten quietly from the jar. Made in small batches on the Sunshine Coast using real lemons and very little else.
