Lemon, Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia

A proper focaccia. Crisp on top, pillowy underneath, with a generous hand of rosemary, flecks of lemon zest and enough sea salt to make it worth tearing into immediately.

Made fresh in small batches on the Sunshine Coast. Best eaten the day it arrives, though it rarely makes it that long.
