Honey, Almond & Apricot Toasted Muesli

Golden, crunchy and made in small batches. Rolled oats toasted with local honey, generous clusters of almond and sweet pieces of apricot that actually taste like apricot.

Made on the Sunshine Coast. Good with cold milk, yoghurt and whatever fruit happens to be in season. Also acceptable eaten dry from a bowl at any hour.
