Gingerbread Toasted Muesli

Warmly spiced and golden from the oven. Rolled oats toasted with ginger, cinnamon and a hint of star anise, studded with pecans, almonds and raisins — the kind of breakfast that makes the whole house smell like Christmas morning.

Made in small batches on the Sunshine Coast. Exceptional with cold milk or yoghurt, and very good eaten by the handful directly from the jar, which we fully endorse.
