Dark Chocolate Whipped Butter

Rich, smooth and deeply chocolatey. Whipped until light with good dark chocolate folded through — the kind of thing that makes toast feel like dessert and dessert feel like an occasion.

Made in small batches on the Sunshine Coast. Excellent on sourdough, very good on a warm biscuit, and not at all bad eaten directly from the bowl with a spoon while telling yourself it counts as breakfast.
