Cherry Jam

Dark, glossy and deeply fruity. Made with ripe cherries at the height of their season, cooked down slowly until the flavour is concentrated and the set is just right — soft enough to spread generously, firm enough to stay where you put it.

Made in small batches on the Sunshine Coast. Excellent on sourdough, very good on a scone, and entirely at home on a cheese board alongside something sharp and aged.
